Question of the Week: Is a beauty product being labeled green, natural or organic a selling point for you?
EauMG’s Answer: Nope, not really at all. I like effective products or products that I personally enjoy (like because they smell good). If a product meets those requirements and happens to be green, natural or organic, then that’s cool. If not, that’s cool too. When it comes to labeling, there’s a lot of misleading labels to sell products because brands *think* we will buy stuff if it is labeled organic or natural…it doesn’t mean it is. There is so much green-washing in this industry. Basically a label means nothing. You still need to be a smart consumer if you care about green/natural/organic stuff.
