The Lipstick League – Week of 6.4.18

Question of the Week: Neon makeup; yes or no?

EauMG’s Answer: Yes! To me, makeup is about having fun. If you think neon makeup is fun, then absolutely wear it! Some of my favorite “neon” lips are MAC Amplified Lipstick in Morange (bright orange), Burberry Lip Velvet Lipstick in Magenta Pink (a very wearable hot pink) and countless cheap lipsticks from the beauty supply store that are fun. As far as eyeshadows, I don’t really wear neons that much but I love palettes like Juvia’s Place The Zulu Palette and The Sephora Editorial Palette. SUVA makes amazing neon products but I don’t own any. For cheeks, I love the glowing hot pink, NYX High Definition Blush in Electro, and the glowing red-orange, MAC Blush in News Flash. I think an easy neon trend is with nail polish. There’s always shades for those. (I have an ancient guide here). What are some of your favorite neon makeup products?
