Question of the Week: What’s the most expensive eye shadow palette you own, and is it worth it?
EauMG’s Answer: Good question. There are many expensive eyeshadow palettes that I’d like to own (like the one from Pat McGrath). However, I love makeup but I’m not super into eyeshadow palettes. I like singles and to spend my money on lipsticks. I have lots of palettes that are cheaper than the Pat McGrath or Natasha Denona that I think perform really well. The most expensive “palette” I own is actually a quad, Tom Ford Silvered Topaz. And I got that on a discount because my spouse used to work for Nordstrom corporate. Was it worth it? For my discounted price, yes. It’s a useful palette but you can definitely find something like it for cheaper. Although it’s not a true “palette”, my most expensive is probably my x-large Make Up For Ever Metal Pro Palette that is 75% full of MAC single eyeshadows!
