The Lipstick League – week of 3.19.12

Question of the Week: – What is your favorite spring fragrance?

EauMG’s Answer: It’s cruel to ask a fumehead if they have a favorite fragrance. This spring I have been craving florals. I usually love violet or “purple” flowers this time of year. I’ve been wearing violet soliflores. Strangely, I’ve been craving tuberose fragrances. This is unlike me.

Krasey Beauty – takes you behind the scenes at her best friend’s wedding. Check out the products she used for her bridesmaid beauty look!

Nouveau Cheap – is totally obsessed with dry shampoos, so she naturally had to give the new Dove Invigorating Dry Shampoo a whirl.

Pink Sith – has found a foundation from Edward Bess isn’t what it seems in the pan. It’s far better!

Prime Beauty – discovers Laura Mercier’s new Oil Free Suprême Foundation and joins the “Flawless Face” club—finally!

Phyrra – shares with you her part of a Sailor Moon collaboration, Sailor Mercury.

Vampy Varnish – ready for summer nails? You might find your perfect shade in the new Zoya Beach & Surf collections!

we heart this – are excited for the Mad Men premiere! If you are too, check out the fabulously retro recipe from the Mad Men Cookbook.

Beauty Junkies Unite – Amber is pretty crazy over this new palette from Pixi for spring! The PixiGlow Tinkerbell palette will give you a flawless fairy face!

Clumps of Mascara – has the coolest friends. One just happens to be a beauty blogger turned businesswoman. Check out her newly launched lipstick line!

EauMG – It’s Purple Flowers Week on EauMG. Victoria kicked off the week with this violet fragrance.

  1. What tuberose fragrances are you craving, Victoria? Have you tried Caron Tubereuse? It’s not listed among the notes, but I detect some violet in that one, so wearing it might satisfy both of your current cravings. 😉

    1. Bought Carnal Flower in Feb. and I’ve been wearing it. Fracas in the rollerball and DSH Tubereuse. Oh, and Miller Harris Noix de Tubereuse – it’s a violet tuberose too!
I hate to admit it since I’m such a Caron fan, but I haven’t tried their Tubereuse. I always get sidetracked by all the other stuff. I should try it!
