I finally got my hands on all three of the Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Collections. These eyeshadow palettes contain 8 eyeshadows (2 browbone shades, 2 crease shades, 2 eyelid shades, and 2 definer shades). Here’s my review and swatches of 737 Blue Had Me At Hello, a blue eyeshadow palette.
I’m guessing that this is a 70’s look but it could easily be a late 60’s Casino Royale era look. Whatever the decade, I like this look. It’s a retro smoky eye that works for all complexions. Here’s what I did to get a Bond Girl-esque Miss Bouchet inspired look.

I love this classic makeup look of Arlene Dahl’s. It’s just as elegant today as was in the 1950’s. A line of black liquid eyeliner and untouchable red lips are always a winner in my book. I’m calling this one the “cocktail party” look. This classic evening look works for so many complexions. Here’s what I did to get this 1950’s Arlene inspired look:
Ursula with black hair and I love it! I’m guessing this pic is from the 60’s or maybe the early 70’s. I can’t find many pictures as Ursula Andress as a brunette so it’s difficult for me to “date” this one. Anyways, I love a dramatic eye makeup look. Who doesn’t?
