Empties are posts that I do where I tally the amount of beauty products that I empty. In case you didn’t know, last month I went to Budapest on a vacation. We had a great time looking at architecture and drinking wine. But, you know me. I’m obsessed with skincare (and everything else). So, of course I took the time to check out drugstores and beauty stores. I’m embarrassed to even post what I bought because I went crazy. I blame the fact that my hotel was next to a DM Drogerie (one of my favorite stores).

August was a busy month. I went to Budapest. We had a great time. However, it was 100º-107° so that wasn’t that great. (Also, a reminder that I’m never traveling in August ever again). While I was there, I saw some lovely architecture, toured synagogues, ate a lot of cold fruit soups, drank the best wines and bought a ton of German pharmacy products. Where did July go? I felt it went by really quickly.
Overall, it was a really chill month. It’s summer so a lot of people are vacationing. Throughout the month I was able to entertain folks from out of town. It was nice to catch up with old friends; we’re all spread out all over the place.
