Help a Blogger Out: Sheila from Painted Ladies says “I need a great fast drying top coat that’s budget friendly – help my nails out!”

EauMG’s Answer: I wish I had some suggestions but I don’t 🙁 I love a fast drying top coat. They’re so convenient! But, I found that the ones marketed as “quick dry” cause my fragile nails to become even more dry and cause peeling. Once I eliminated all the “quick dry” products from nail routine

Eris Belle de Jour EDP Perfume Review

Eris Belle de Jour review

Eris Parfums is the line of perfumes created by vintage perfume collector and writer, Barbara Herman (of Yesterday’s Perfume). Barbara has been my source for all things vintage perfume related so I was so excited to see her not only write a book but launch this line of perfumes.

Longing For Something Tropical: Get The Look Of Sophia Loren

When the weather gets a bit chilly I start thinking a bit more “tropical”. I love deep berry lips in the winter but sometimes I just want this kind of look. I want to pull out the Pucci scarves and pretend I’m a drug lord’s wife. I want to be tan and I want killer eye makeup. To get Sophia’s look apply tinted moisturizer in your shade. I like Estee Lauder Daywear Plus Tint because it smells like cucumbers and that is sure to get you out of a winter rut… Continue reading
