Natural Essentials Shampoo, Conditioner and Dry Oil Review

Today I’m reviewing the hair care products that I’ve been using for the past few months.

Here’s a quick reminder of my hair type – Straight, course and thick. I have a small section that is bleached and covered in vegetable dye. My biggest concerns are frizz (thanks to Seattle weather) and keeping my hair healthy since I occasionally heat style and bleach.

Nourishing Shampoo & Nourishing Conditioner

According to the company, these contain coconut oil to fight frizz, vitamin rich mango oil to moisturize and açai fruit oil to provide antioxidant protection.

Fragrance line aroma M has expanded their line to include products for the skin and hair. Using her background in aromatherapy and interest in beauty rituals used by geishas, Maria McElroy has created all-natural oils for the face and hair.

Camellia oil is packed with moisturizing fatty oils and vitamins. It’s a “secret of the geisha” (even samurais and sumo wrestlers used it) but you still see this oil commonly sold at Japanese, Korean and Chinese markets.
