Most of the time when I think of 1980’s makeup, I cringe. I think about terrible contouring and frosty finishes and dry, lifeless skin. But, it seems that most magazine covers in the 80’s had great makeup like this 1981 issue of Mademoiselle magazine featuring model Carol Alt (who is still unbelievably gorgeous). I finally got my hands on all three of the Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Collections. These eyeshadow palettes contain 8 eyeshadows (2 browbone shades, 2 crease shades, 2 eyelid shades, and 2 definer shades). Here’s my review and swatches of 737 Blue Had Me At Hello, a blue eyeshadow palette.
Here are 4 High Voltage Eyeshadows in various jewel tones that can be used for a smoky eye makeup eyes. These colors are rich and pigmented. All swatches are done without a primer.
