Years ago, I tried Kahina Giving Beauty Argan Oil. The line has since expanded to include a variety of skincare products. I’ve tried the Beauty Serum. The line also has a Brightening Serum; that’s not the one I tried.
The claims: Repair tissue damage. Prevent moisture loss. Calm irritation. Reduce inflammation. Protect skin damage from UV rays. Combat flaky skin.

Mainstream Monday – Sniffing a Popular Perfume
You have to love when a designer brand spares you the prose of their new launch. With Salvatore Ferragamo Acqua Essenziale, I was told it was “inspired by water” and with the name and the color, I could deal with this.

Originally created in 1927, Penhaligon’s Eau de Cologne has been relaunched in the Anthology Collection. Eau de Cologne should get an award for the most fleeting fragrance on the planet. I swear that its life span is 5 minutes on my skin. Even for an eau de cologne, I find this remarkable.
I find Eau de Cologne very refreshing. It opens as freshly squeezed lemons and oranges. It’s very effervescent and optimistic. I get some of that heady neroli that reminds me of little petals… Continue reading | 2 Comments
