EauMG’s Perfume Picks for Your Halloween Costumes – 2014 Edition

Last year I put together a post featuring my picks for the most popular Halloween costumes. Looking back at that post, I thought, “Hey, that was fun. I want to do another”. For the 2014 edition, I decided to focus on costumes that I like (AKA ones that would be fun to “scent”). So, I went to the online costume sites to see what is popular this year. Here are my perfume picks to get you fully into costume:

Pinrose Perfume Collection Reviews & Overview

Pinrose Petals

Pinrose is a new perfume line that currently has ten different perfumes created by professionally trained Noses. Each scent is associated with an image, paired with an alcoholic beverage and songs that I’m not cool enough to know about (except for the Robyn one, I know Robyn and well, Lykke Li). Annick Goutal Vetiver EDT Cologne Review

Annick Goutal Vetiver

It may surprise some people because not many perfume lovers declare this, but I love aquatics. Now before you start judging me, give me a chance. CB I Hate Perfume At the Beach 1966

I’m on a marine roll this week. Yesterday I reviewed my favorite aquatic, HEELEY Sel Marin. Today I reveal my favorite “beach” scent: CB I Hate Perfume At the Beach 1966.

At the Beach 1966 smells like orange blossom tanning gel, oysters and a sushi bar. The squawking of seagulls… It is very literal but isn’t that the point of many of the perfumes in the CB I Hate Perfume line? At the Beach 1966 smells like being at… Continue reading | 6 Comments

Heeley Sel Marin EDP Perfume Review

HEELEY Sel Marin

As I mentioned in my Perfume Picks for Summer 2013 video, I was slow to warm up to Heeley Sel Marin. It wasn’t that I disliked it, but I didn’t exactly “get” it when I tried it in 2008. It read to me as some nice citrus-cucumber thing made for summer holidays. Keep in mind, I’m from a landlocked state. One of the many reasons I moved was to smell saltwater. Now I never see myself ever living in a landlocked area again…and not just… Continue reading | 18 Comments
