EauMG’s January 2017 Favorites

Financial District, NYC
Financial District

I’m posting this late because I was prepping for Rose Week. Then there was Rose Week. And then mid-terms hit and I’ve been crazy busy. I’m finally attempting to post my January Favorites.

Most of January was very chill. I enjoyed having a break from classes. I ended up getting a lot accomplished such as reorganizing my closet, donating stuff I no longer use/need and catching up on work stuff. My break was chill but it was also really… Continue reading | 20 Comments

EauMG’s November 2016 Favorites

Beekman Hotel
Atrium of the Beekman Hotel.

The past few months have been so busy and I’ve had to prioritize. The first thing to get pushed down the list is this blog. This is why there wasn’t an October 2016 Favorites. Chicago
Chicago!

The month started with me so sick with food poisoning (salmonella) that I was knocked out for a week severely dehydrated and malnourished. This resulted in a hospital visit which did help me recover. Unfortunately with my health stuff, I’m told I… Continue reading | 1 Comment

Chabaud Nectar de Fleurs for Osswald Perfume Review

Chabaud Nectar de Fleurs

On my flight back from Chicago this week, I was seated next to someone wearing Mugler Alien. It was one of those excellent already delayed flights where they seated us and made us stay on the plane for another hour and half. This inconvenience reminded me that Alien has always been a fragrance that I love – a solar jasmine. But, like many of the Mugler fragrances, I find it too much for daily wear. It’s one of those perfumes that I like on other people more than… Continue reading
