Oh, October…I had a terrible cold that left me feeling awful for weeks and unable to smell anything. I went to LUSH and picked up a bath bomb and the Dirty Springwash in hopes of making my head “open up” some. I also bought a small bottle of Lust because I could smell it. I’ve been really happy with most of the Alima Pure Mineral products that I have ordered. They have wonderful matte shades for the eyes and face. Like I have said before, I ordered many samples of High Voltage Cosmetics Eyeshadows because I can’t resist a BOGO deal. Here is a review and swatches of 5 shades that I call “mermaid” shades because they remind me of the ocean and summer!
Here’s reviews and swatches of Everyday Minerals Mineral Eyeshadow, a mineral makeup company located in Austin, Texas. These colors are light neutrals ranging from a matte to a shimmer finish.
1 – Chamomile Shimmer Eyeshadow – This is an awesome pale yellow with buttery gold shimmer. This is a great base for light “ruddy” complexions. The yellow neutralizes redness on the lids. Overall it gives a very delicate look.
2 – Sea Horse Pearl Eyeshadow
Here are 4 High Voltage Eyeshadows in various jewel tones that can be used for a smoky eye makeup eyes. These colors are rich and pigmented. All swatches are done without a primer.
