The Lipstick League – Week of 2.9.15

Question of the Week: Which eyeshadow palettes have you been reaching for the most lately?

EauMG’s Answer: I’m very boring when it comes to eye makeup looks. I like matte and neutral. And this is why I’ve been reaching for Paula’s Choice The Nude Mattes Eyeshadow Palette every single day. It has everything I need. I do think it’s funny that the palette I’m using the most is one that was a free gift

EauMG’s December 2014 Empties

December Empties

Happy 2015, guys! I hope you enjoyed December and survived the holidays. It was a busy month for me and frankly, I’m happy it’s over. I’m ready for my “regularly scheduled programming”.

FACE: Being rouged, the face is quite “cakey”. With my fingers, I applied Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation in Nude. People like to use a buffer brush with this foundation, I… Continue reading

Everyday Minerals Mineral Eyeshadow Review – Neutrals

Everyday Minerals Eyeshadow Review
Picture of samples with flash on.

Here’s reviews and swatches of Everyday Minerals Mineral Eyeshadow, a mineral makeup company located in Austin, Texas. These colors are light neutrals ranging from a matte to a shimmer finish.

1 – Chamomile Shimmer Eyeshadow – This is an awesome pale yellow with buttery gold shimmer. This is a great base for light “ruddy” complexions. The yellow neutralizes redness on the lids. Overall it gives a very delicate look.

2 – Sea Horse Pearl Eyeshadow
