It’s April! I’m so excited for spring, even though it doesn’t feel like it at all. It snowed day. It’s not fun to wake up after a nice sunny weekend to see snow everywhere. The good news is that most of it is gone so we can go on and forget about the weather’s silly episode.
It was finals in March so I sort of snapped and stress-bought stuff. I ended up ordering a couple of lipsticks and a concealer from Sephora. Beauty Brands
It was the holidays so I tried so hard to not buy stuff for myself despite everyone tempting me with sales. I did buy Marc Jacobs Lip Gloss in Call Me. I had been looking for a gross terracotta/gourd lip gloss and this is perfect. I also could not resist that the LORAC Mega Pro 4 Eyeshadow Palette was 40% so I picked it up.
My beauty gifts were abundant. I received some Juvia’s palettes, two Jouer lip sets, Malle Iris Hand
November is over! In November, I bought two Kiko eyeshadow palettes that were on sale. I bought some other things but I don’t want to say where from because it’ll be a spoiler for any family or friends reading! As far as Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales go. I didn’t do too bad. Question of the Week: What does your ideal mascara do, and which one comes close to delivering it?
EauMG’s Answer: My lashes are pitiful. I have thick, very short, very straight lashes. Basically, I want a mascara that can do it all. But, mascaras are like people. They can’t do it all. Question of the Week: Mascara, lipstick, eye shadow: you have to eliminate one from your routine FOREVER. Which would you chose?
EauMG’s Answer: Why are you guys so cruel?! After thinking about this for too long, I’m going to say mascara. But, hear me out! I have short, stumpy lashes so mascara makes a difference. I just figured I could sub them false lashes or extensions. I just can’t give up the joys of lipstick and eyeshadow.
