EauMG’s Answer: Not really. That rarely “works” on me. When it does, it’s because it’s something that I find really special or I love the packaging (i.e. Guerlain Holiday Collections). But, in those causes I’m buying because I like them or find them special, not because they are LE.

I read “The Perfume Lover” a memoir by Denyse Beaulieu, the woman behind the blog Grain de Musc. I’m not reviewing the book, but the book is about the creation of this perfume.
