I think I’ve found my perfume for the festivities and fêtes that will be happening over the next few months: Keiko Mecheri Cuir Cordoba.

In the opening of Cuir Cordoba I get aldehydes, stewed fruits and cedar (lead pencils). There’s violet petals and incense. Iris enters the mix. The heart is an orris-violet-incense and it wears like this for most of the wear. With time it becomes more powdery with iris and benzoin. Spiced cedar peaks through the incense haze.
