Question of the Week: Do you use body scrubs? If so, how often and what are some of your favorites?
EauMG’s Answer: I absolutely love body scrubs! I tend to prefer sugar-based over salt-based. My favorite has to be by Tree Hut. I prefer their nutty, warm scents over their fruity ones. I use these (or a similar formula) about 1 or 2 times a week. For daily, I like Haus of Gloi Bubbling Scrubs. It’s more like
March was such a stressful month for me. Between illnesses and family emergencies, I was left frazzled. So, I did what many of us would do. I retailed therapy.
I ended up buying Serge Lutens La Vierge de Fer and NARS Tinted Moisturizer for spring (and I love them both).
At Epcot, I bought some French stuff (mainly soaps). And they were on sale. Something was actually on sale at Disney?!

May was a really busy month for me too. I had to fly down to Nashville to get my car and the frugs. This trip turned into a much longer trip than expected (over half the month). I was doing well with my purchases but being there for so long, I had to pick up a few staples. And then there were a few bored trips to Ulta where I bought some really weird stuff like body stamps and colored zinc
Well, February, which usually is a short month that feels the longest (ugh, winter) but this year, it felt like the short month that it is. This month breezed by which was great because I usually passionately hate February.

Haus of Gloi is an Oregon-based vegan bath and body line. If you want to explore the world of indie bath products, I suggest you start with Haus of Gloi. I love the formulas and there is a wide variety of scents.
I’m reviewing a few of the Bubbling Scrubs that I’ve tried. These are sugar scrubs in a rich, moisturizing shea butter base. The cool thing about these scrubs is that they have a “light” lather. I don’t really use these as a scrub but more as a soap with some light exfoiliation.
