This fall Milani  launched Lip Flash, a full coverage shimmer lip gloss pencil. I love lipstick and lip gloss pencils! They seem to come and go. When they are on the market, I buy them up while I can. I love the precision that they offer.  Milani Lip Flash offers an extra glossy finish with lots of shimmer and coverage. It’s Grape! I’m craving purple hued lips!

Maybe it is because I am a closet goth. But, I love the cool toned grapey purple lip look. I love a matte purple with really minimal eye makeup. I love the blue-ish tinted lip whitening sheer violet lip glosses with loud pink eyes. I love a purple hued lip stain with warm, coral eyes. I love it all. But, seriously, this is a difficult shade to wear and a difficult shade to find. It is so frustrating. So that is why I am sharing what I have found with you.

I really need to let everyone know how freak’n stoked I am about Yves Saint Laurent Lip Gloss Pur in #49 Black. I must have this. It is my last makeup frontier. This sends shivers down my spine. My Love Of Dark Lipstick: MAC Viva Glam III Lipstick Look

I love dark lips which led me to my good friend MAC Viva Glam III Lipstick. This shade is a matte and mute brownish plum. It is chock full of pigment and offers full coverage with a lovely matte finish. I admit that sometimes it is tricky. If you must wear lip balm under this color make sure it is applied evenly or this lipstick will apply very splotchy and make you look kind of like a pit bull.
