I spent most of June sick so I was lucky to use any products. It was a big deal if I did my skincare routine and most of the month I didn’t wear any makeup.

As far as purchases, I ended up buying one of those Urban Decay lipsticks that was marked down because of the new packaging. I ended up with F-Bomb, a true red. I purchased one of the new Maybelline Color Sensational Lipsticks in Gone

I was supposed to take it easy this month but the February blahs are real, ya’ll. And I ended up engaging in more retail therapy than I probably should have. I bought cheaper products in fun, colorful shades as a pick-me-up.

I started the month going to Ulta because I wanted the new Lip Lingeries and Strobbing Kit by NYX. They were sold out and I went all the way out there, so I couldn’t leave emptied handed. I ended up buying some

House Stuff: Little Putty Chair Before & After

This has nothing to do with fragrance or makeup, but I just want to share. I’ve been working on a few of those little projects before the big “my first house” remodel that will begin to take place in a few weeks on a 1936 eclectic revival. I bought this little wood chair for $3.5o and the junk store. I painted it this putty shade which I purchased at Lowe’s as a mistint for $2. I reupholstered the seat with a .99 cent pillowcase.
