MAC Style Warrior 2009 Summer Color Collection

“Safari” fashion has been big this summer. Everything is khaki, olive and animal print. MAC has introduced “Style Warrior” for this summer. It’s style is still on par with other brands for this summer but it is much more “fierce”.

The packaging for all of the products is bronze with animal prints and “tribal” designs. I am a sucker for anything animal print so I really like the limited edition packaging.I believe the “leopard” print is for warmer undertones and the “zebra” print is for cooler undertones… Continue reading

Sometimes I just get in a rosy mood. I just want rose scented everything. Luckily, there are many options out there. These are just a few of my favorites. Perfect Blue: Scott Barnes Eye Ice Loose Eyeshadow in Blue Angel

I don’t usually do light blue shadows. They are too Sarah Michelle Geller as Buffy The Vampire Slayer meets horrible big hair 80s makeup. Plus, I feel it washes out my complexion. I realized that I needed a warm light blue. I’ve found the perfect shade with Scott Barnes Eye Ice in Blue Angel.

Electric Pink Lips: Milani Lip Color in Rose Hip

Milani cosmetics are pretty high quality, especially with its drugstore price tag. I really like their lip products. They usually pack a pigment punch. Milani Lipstick Lip Color in Rose Hip is a perfect example. It is a satin cream finish hot pink. It provides full coverage and feels great on the lips.
