I’m a rose lover. I love this flower’s versatility. It doesn’t surprise me that thousands of years after its cultivation that we are still drawn to this flower and its eternal beauty. I love everything the rose symbolizes. I love its flavor and smell. Yep, I’m a rose lover.

A Few LUSH Bubble Bars Review

So the new place is small but it has features that keep me from complaining about its size. One of these is an amazing super-sized bath tub. Another is that I’m a 10 minute walk away from LUSH. This has resulted in me spending too much on LUSH Bubble Bars, Bath Melts and Bath Bombs.

DSH Perfumes Pretty in Pink EDP

DSH Perfumes Pretty & Pink is a relaunched perfume. And I’m delighted that it has been relaunched since I missed it the first go around.

Pretty & Pink opens as a floral marshmallow. It’s soft and sweet. It has a dewy freshness from freshly sliced apples and stone fruits. Boadicea the Victorious is an extensive line that verges on overwhelming, but I have liked the very few that I’ve tried. Intense is described  as “creating the impression of a scented Mediterranean garden at night.” Now here’s my impression…

Tonight or never…I absolutely love Annick Goutal Ce Soir ou Jamais EDP. It’s a scent for the rose lover. It covers all aspects of a rose: the greenness, the fruitiness, the gourmand qualities, the floralness, and the romantic imagery of a rose. Annick Goutal considered this one of her prize fragrances and it took her 15 years to complete (launched in 1999). It’s her top-secret formula and it is supposed to make one’s head spin.
