By Kilian has been irking me this past year. The brand seems to have given up on having an artistic direction and have been very open about their target markets (Asian Tales). And now we have the In The Garden of Good and Evil Collection.
Last summer when I was in Vegas, I kept smelling By Kilian fragrances on all of the tourists. Obviously Las Vegas has been a great market for this line. I kid you not, I smelled Incense
Bamboo Harmony is one of the new fragrances in By Kilian’s Asian Tales Collection. I wasn’t very optimistic about this collection because I don’t like light and watery fragrances. I’m glad I kept my expectations low with this one.

By Kilian Beyond Love – Prohibited is a tuberose soliflore in the L’œuvre Noire Collection. To me it’s beachy but not like tanning oil. It embodies that feeling of being at the beach all day without that weird sun hangover feeling.
