One day I was waiting for a friend. Bond No. 9 Perfumista Avenue

Bond No. 9 usually makes perfumes inspired by places in NYC, but apparently with their extensive catalogue they needed to branch out as all the New York references have been exhausted. NEW Bond No. 9 NY Madison Square Park EDP perfume

This April, luxury American perfume house, Bond No. 9, launches a new perfume, Madison Square Park, based on the hip and trendy neighborhood in NYC. Madison Square Park is described as a crisp, green floral.

Notes listed include grape hyacinth, huckleberry, prairie dropseed grass, red leaf rose, Red Hunter tulips, hoptree, teakwood, and vetiver root.

Bond No 9 New York Oud Review

There was lots of hype behind Bond No. 9 New York Oud as a “modernized and urbanized” oud fragrance. Bond No. 9 attempted to produce an oud without an incense/ancient feel. I like Bond No. 9 but I wouldn’t say that it is “new”. New York Oud is very Arabian to me, like a Montale. And yes, ancient but this is never a bad thing, in my opinion. Bond No. 9 New York Oud

Bond No. 9 is launching a new oud perfume this February, New York Oud, composed by Laurent Le Guernec. New York Oud is described as an “expectation defying oud”. (wow) This unisex oud is “modernized and urbanized” and won’t have an Old World oud/incense feel. Instead, New York Oud will have a “creamy velvet texture” and a rose heart with a “lingering urban forest” dry-down. Sounds good to me.
