Parfums Lalun Phenomene Verte II is a limited edition, small batch perfume made from wildcrafted and wildgrown tinctures. Because of this, the final fragrance is highly individualized and consonantly evolving with age.
Phenomene Verte II is a musky, creamy floral. On my skin, it’s more of a buttery orris with a jasmine married to vetiver. It’s a warm, slightly powdery floral with a cool, grassy, green vetiver. Phenomene Verte II has an amazing dry-down of an outstanding sandalwood, rose and vanilla. The texture of this fragrance is like velvet – smooth, luxurious and silky.
This perfume is a flawless example of “natural beauty” in perfumery. The notes are luxurious and wear like a sweet melody. I can tell that this one will wear very differently on different people. However, I think whatever it wears like, it will be naturally opulent, conforming to the wearer.
Notes listed include jasmine, milkweed, Mahmadi rose, wild yarrow flower, wild pink pepper, vanilla bean, tonka bean, patchouli, orris, Monsoon rose attar, jasmine sambac/vetiver attar, vintage Turkish rose otto, antique sandalwood and hyraceum. Launched in 2014. PERFUMER – Maggie Mahboubian
Give Phenomene Verte II a try if you like luxurious florals or are looking for a more “feminine” vetiver. Or if you like perfumes like Chanel No. 19 Poudre, Prada Infusion d’Iris, DSH Perfumes American Beauty and/or Guerlain Vetiver Pour Elle.
Projection is below average. This perfume wears closely to the skin. Longevity is above average.
The 1/5 oz EDP retails for $60 at Lalun Naturals.
Victoria’s Final EauPINION – Velvety vetiver floral. Absolutely gorgeous. It’s like wearing silk velvet.

Glad you made mention of the aging of the perfume materials.., every time i return, it’s become something.. MORE.
grassy, creamy to vetiver rose on me.
cheers!
Hey, nice to see you back! Hope you are doing well!
It’s MORE but in the best way possible. Completely opulent and luxurious.
Grassy to creamy vetiver rose sounds perfect to me. It’s a really beautiful perfume. I’m very happy that the iris “stands out” on my skin because this iris is unbelievably gorgeous.
