OK, so Hourglass Extreme Sheen Lip Gloss isn’t exactly new. This gloss now has a new, slim packaging with a brush tip applicator. I like the new packaging much better. I’ve always liked the formula. It’s thick but not too thick. It has lots of shine and moisture. I’d compare it to Chanel Glossimer. There are 12 colors in all with a new shade, Child, a shimmery nude.
Primal – a sheer shimmery plum
Siren – a metallic red shimmer, that is very Bianca Jagger at Studio 54 in my opinion
Nectar – a lush coral shimmer
Lush – a delicate peach with gold shimmer
Origami – a Barbie pink gloss, this has always been one of my favorites in the line
Child – a shimmery nude that is very 60’s stag mag babe
Fortune – a golden pink shimmer
Imagine – a peachy nude shimmer, very natural and neutral
Verse – light beige shimmer
Truth – a natural rosy nude
Ignite – a rosy beige shimmer
Reflect – an icy pink shimmer
Have you tried any of these? What do you think? My favorite shades are Siren, Nectar, and Origami.
Hourglass Extreme Sheen Lip Gloss retails for $28 and will be available in November at Sephora.
