Creed has launched their newest masculine fragrance, Aventus EDP. Creed Aventus was created by Olivier Creed with ingredients chosen by Erwin Creed, future heir of Creed.
*Aventus is “Determined, conqueror, Aventus man is a knight of modern times!” described as a “chivalric” scent with fresh, fruity, spicy, and woody notes.
It is described as a fresh fruity fragrance with notes of *blackcurrant, Italian bergamot, apples, pineapple, silver birch, wild roses, Moroccan jasmine, patchouli, oak moss, ambergris, vanilla, and musk.
The notes listed seem very fruity and fresh, almost “cool”. By the note list, this could easily be a unisex fragrance. I have yet to try Aventus but should. Usually, I steer clear of fruity fragrances but after Creed Acqua Fiorentina , I am no longer avoiding fruity fragrances. This father and son team really know how to make a classy, fruity fragrance. I am very excited about trying Aventus.
It is rumored that Aventus is based on a historic emperor/A.K.A. Napoleon. (Does Napoleon really need another fragrance in his honor? Haha.)
Part of the proceeds of Aventus will benefit American Rivers, a nonprofit group protecting U.S. waterways from environmental harm.
Creed Aventus comes in four sizes ranging from a 1 oz. travel size spray to a 8.4 oz. flacon. Prices range from $140 to $370. Creed Aventus is available on Creed’s online boutique.
