NEST Moroccan Amber is sweet amber with spice. The spice reminds me of clove. The amber in this is more powdery than resinous. Moroccan Amber is a spicy powdery scent with a cooling camphoric side. (Eucalyptus is a note listed). I wouldn’t call it an exotic or “dark” amber but more of a soft and approachable amber because of its sweetness. It’s a cozy fragrance.
Like all NEST candles, Moroccan Amber burns evenly and has a great throw. I find that this scent lingers long after the candle is not burning. Actually, I think this is one of the most potent NEST scents.
Notes listed include Moroccan amber, sweet patchouli, heliotrope, bergamot, and eucalyptus.
Give this candle a try if you want spicy, powdery amber for the home or if you like home scents like Niven Morgan Patchouli, Apothia Spiritual, Voluspa Baltic Amber and/or Byredo Peyote Poem.
Moroccan Amber comes in a few sizes with prices ranging from $14-$32 at Candles Off Main.
