If light lemony fragrances are your thing, then you need to try niche line, Lostmarc’h Din Dan. Din Dan is a refreshing herbal lemonade fragrance with a playful name that is fun to say. Unfortunately, the fragrance doesn’t wear very long on me at all.
Din Dan opens up as a pretty floral lemonade. It’s tart with a little bit of sweet, not too sweet, but sweeter than regular ‘ole lemon juice. It’s like a tall glass of iced lemonade with a sprig of mint. Din Dan gets more floral and fruitier, for some reason it reminds me of sliced apples with lemon verbena sprigs. It’s like a refreshing afternoon snack on a hot summer afternoon.
Notes listed include lemon, mint, peach blossom, and verbena.
Give Lostmarch Din Dan a try if you like lemon scents or scents like Mistral Lemon Verbena, Guerlain Eau de Guerlain (the best vebena IMO), Annick Goutal Eau de Sud, i Profumi di Firenze Limone di Sicilia and/or L’Artisan Parfumeur L’Eau de L’Artisan. This fragrance is easily unisex and nice for hot summer days or “office wear”.
Din Dan is available at Beautyhabit. The 3.4 oz spray retails for $85. I also noticed this morning that they a linen spray is available. I’m curious about that. And here’s a recipe for Honey Mint Lemonade 🙂
Victoria’s Final EauPINION – This is iced lemonade with herbal sprigs of mint and verbena. I don’t like citrus so maybe I’m not the person to ask. And like all citrus, it’s very light wearing and doesn’t last long. Like summers in the Pacific Northwest.

You’re spoiling me! It’s so much easier to listen to a review than to read one in the end of the day 🙂

I really didn’t “get” the idea of a video review until recently. I’m hooked to listening to other video reviews as well. I can like do dishes and listen to someone talk about their favorite fall fragrances, etc. I can multi-task!
Hmm… What an interesting idea! If you have time could you send me (in email) a couple of links to those reviewers you like listen to? Until you did it here I didn’t think I would like listening to reviews instead of reading. I’m still not sure if I will like listening to somebody whom I do not “know”. But the idea of combining home work and perfume reviews sounds appealing. I need Perfumes Reviews Pandora channel!

OMG! A reviewer channel sounds so good. I’ll email you the few that I think you’ll like. I like to listen to people’s top 10 lists, etc. It would be really cool to have some as a podcast, those that aren’t showing the bottle, etc.
