La Curie Number Four Natural Perfume Review

La Curie Perfume Oil

La Curie is an indie line of perfumes. Currently, the line has four perfume oils. I’ve found that they all compliment each other rather nicely. Number 4 is is the smokiest out of the quartet.

Four smells like the smoldering embers of an abandoned campfire. It’s smoke, charred woods and mountain air. Being an oil, it’s a linear scent. And it smells exactly like campfires, pine needles and damp leaves. When it dries down, it has that “day after campfire hair” aroma.

Number Four is good on its own but I also like to wear it other scents. I’ve found that it works wonderfully with florals like rose or jasmine.

Life Cowgirls

Notes listed include smoky birch, cedar and pine.

Give Number Four a try if you like smoky scents or birch tar/leather scents. Or if you like perfumes like Tauer Lonestar Memories, CB I Hate Perfume Burning Leaves, Slumberhouse Jeke and/or MCMC Hunter. Number Four is unisex but because of the notes, it does lean more “masculine”.

Projection and longevity are average for a perfume oil.

The 1/3 oz roll-on retails for $36 at La Curie. Samples are also available for purchase.

Victoria’s Final EauPINIONAbandoned, smoldering campfire. It reminds me of autumn. Good alone but also layers wonderfully with soliflores.
