Fun At The Drugstore: Nivea Lip Care- A Kiss Of Flavor Balm

I was bored out of mind the other day and remembered that I had a few drugstore items on my list. I I stumbled across the great Nivea Lip Care A Kiss Of Flavor Lip Balm. Typically, I use Smith’s Rosebud Salve or Guerlain Divinora, so maybe that is why these are really “fun” compared to my other choices. These Nivea balms are identical to the Labello Tinted and Flavored Lip Balms that I used to buy in Germany.  (The Passion Fruit Labello is Nivea Passion Fruit.) I loved Labello because of the awesome smoothness and amount of product in the tube. Nivea is no disappointment. The tube is crammed full of smooth, lip nourishing glossy balm. It is enhanced with jojoba and almond oils and shea butter just like Labello. Cherry has a punch of juicy cherry flavor and a sheer healthy red tint that is your lips but better. Nivea Passion Fruit has a yummy passion fruit flavor and a hint of violet that really works for my skintone and adds a very sheer, natural color to my lips. The texture is so smooth, non-sticky, not heavy or greasy. The hints of color and flavors are so fun without being Bonne Bell Lip Smackers. I am so happy to find these in the States. The drugstore had a Hint of Shimmer too which looks like a champagne shimmer balm.

These aren’t bad at all for just a few bucks.
