Lancome Magie Noire EDT Perfume Spray Review

Lancome Magie Noire

Lancôme’s Magie Noire is my favorite perfume from Lancôme. It’s a spicy chypre that has it all: woods, florals, spices, greens and incense.

It swirls around like incense smoke, leaving a trail of moss and sandalwood. It opens with pepper and velvety roses. The dry-down is a dark moss. I haven’t tried the new formulation. From what I’ve heard, it doesn’t compare to the “vintage-ish” stuff.

I think of Magie Noire as a “black cat” fragrance. It just has l’air of a black cat: it’s mysterious and a bit untrustworthy. And it’s a little goth.

It’s available at Nordstrom. Most department stores carry it. It may not be out on the counter, but they should have a tester if you ask.

Its a fragrance that reminds me of a black cat.

    1. I do too. I’m reviewing the reformulated version. It’s good but I don’t think it is as good as the original. I liked the original’s base better.

  1. MACY’S DOES NOT HAVE THIS PRODUCT , WHERE CAN I FIND IT , OR CAN I ORDER THIS ON LINE? PLEASE ADVISE.THANKS,
