I know it’s cliché, but when it gets hot like this in the summer I want to wear perfumes that smell clean. I want to smell like fancy soap. aroma M Geisha Blanche is one of those “fancy soap” florals.
Geisha Blanche is a clean, heady floral that opens with fresh citrus aldehydes. The heart is a soapy floral of spicy hyacinth with heady white lilies and jasmine. Geisha Blanche is rather linear. It wears as this clean, green floral and eventually fades away into a clean, laundry-like musk.
Geisha Blanche is squeaky clean but as far as this genre goes, I find this one much more wearable. It isn’t high-pitched. It doesn’t get on my nerves. It’s what I wear when I want that soapy fix (well, this and Estee Lauder White Linen but that one is sort of aggressively clean).
Notes listed include: lychee, jasmine, hyacinth, and ylang ylang. Launched in 2000. PERFUMER – Maria McElroy
Give Geisha Blanche a try if you like clean, soapy florals. Or if you like perfumes like Estee Lauder White Linen, Bourbon French Parfums Marguerite, Philosophy Pure Grace, Jessica McClintock and/or Cacharel Anais Anais.
Projection and longevity are average for a perfume oil. It does wear closer to the skin.
The 1/4 oz perfume oil retails for $58 at Luckyscent and aroma M. Samples are also available for purchase.
Victoria’s Final EauPINION – Clean green floral AKA fancy guest soaps. And sometimes I want a perfume like that.

Sounds lovely and fresh with an oriental sprinkle. Does it remind you of a Japanese garden?
