Question of the Week: What is your go-to shade of nail polish? Do you have a different go-to shade for your toes?
EauMG’s Answer: I’ve just recently started painting my nails again. My go-tos are the classics. I like a glossy red. Right now I’m so into FlossGloss Gangsta Boo, a perfect red in partnership with a perfect rapper. If it’s not red, then I go for another classic…black. I don’t paint

EauMG’s Answer: I know I’m not going to get it but I’d love to get that huge Bite Beauty Vault Mini Lipstick set that is currently unavailable and was like $200.

Le Jardin Retrouvé has been revived. Originally founded in 1975, Le Jardin Retrouvé is “OG niche”. The perfumer and founder of the brand (and co-founder of the Osmothèque) passed away in 2005. Now Yuri’s son and daughter-in-law are keeping the legacy alive. The brand currently has seven fragrances based on Yuri’s original formulas.

I really liked the subversive quality of the vintage-feeling floral perfume Seyrig by indie perfumery Bruno Fazzolari. Because I liked that one, my perfume pals kept urging me to try Au Delà, a floral chypre. While Seyrig had a subtle punk/alt-cult feel, Au Delà doesn’t. This is the sort of perfume that smells like it would be sold in the 1950’s in fancy shops in Paris.
