    FAB Essential Kit

EauMG is talking fragrance-free products…what?! Yes, I’m a fragrance junkie but I have to admit that sometimes I like a fragrance break, a very short break  usually, but it is nice to have one. First Aid Beauty body and face products are truly fragrance free. There’s no strange odor trying to mask or anything like that. The kit I am reviewing contains First Aid Beauty A.K.A. FAB skincare products in travel friendly 1 oz and 2 oz sized bottles. This kit contains Face Cleanser, Daily Face Cream

  • Crazylibellule & The Poppies Ananas Imperial Solid Perfume Review

    Date: 2010.09.02 | Category: fragrance | Response: 11

Crazylibellule & The Poppies Shanghaïjava Ananas Imperial Crazystick is a fruity pineapple solid perfume in very cute  packaging. It’s a simple scent, even in comparison to other Crazysticks in the Shanghaïjava Collection.

The Shanghaïjava Collection has so many solid perfumes that I like. The collection is diverse but I really fell hard for the earthy and mystical resinous fragrances. I gave Ananas Imperial a try because I have nothing like it in my collection. I am not a… Continue reading | 11 Comments

  • Crazylibellule & The Poppies Musc et Patchouli Crazystick Perfume Review

    Date: 2010.07.15 | Category: fragrance | Response: 8

I love Crazylibellue & The Poppies. These are my cheap fragrant thrills. The Shanhaïjava Collection has been my favorite so far, love Encens Mystic. However, I haven’t tried (bought) all of the Les Garçonnes yet. Musc & Patchouli is one of my favorites. It’s simple. It’s woodsy and musky. If you like patchouli or musk, then you should like this solid perfume.

This fragrance is a comfort scent for me. I have always loved musk and patchouli as fragrance notes. The dirtier the better. As I’ve matured, my tastes have… Continue reading | 8 Comments

  • Pacifica Malibu Lemon Blossom Solid Perfume Review

    Date: 2010.07.08 | Category: Beauty Best Under $10, fragrance | Response: 5

Pacifica Malibu Lemon Blossom solid perfume is a light, refreshing citrus-floral perfume. It is a nice subtle scent for summer.

I love neroli or citrus blossom scents. They have a tartness that I like. Citrus-florals are flirty without trying too hard. Pacifica Malibu Lemon Blossom is one of those scents. The interesting thing about Malibu Lemon Blossom is that lemon blossom is not a listed note in the perfume. It’s Litsea Cubeba a flowering shrub that I usually do not like used in perfumery. No offense but this note often… Continue reading | 5 Comments

  • SoCal in a Solid: Melissa Flagg Clementine Solid Perfume Review

    Date: 2010.06.10 | Category: fragrance | Response: 0

I finally bought the solid! It’s a great price at $16. It is a really fragrant solid. It’s loaded with scent of one of my favorite care-free feminine fragrances: Clementine. Clementine is a SoCal blend of night-blooming jasmine, orange blossom, and honeysuckle. It’s heavenly and every time I wear it, I want to move to California. It’s so pretty and easy to wear. See my fragrance oil review for more.

The solid comes in a pretty generous sized container. It’s much bigger than those offered by Lush or… Continue reading
