A lot of people do “Anti-Hauls” on Youtube. If you aren’t familiar with these, these are videos where people talk about what they aren’t buying. With so many launches, I love the premise of this. It gives us a reason to talk about what’s new without actually participating in this makeup economy of “BUT THIS LIMITED EDITION THING!”. Here’s my version, sans video. April flew on by. I was sick with the flu, lost in projects and just dealing with annoyances left and right. I did have some fun which led to a Low-Buy Relapse (again).
I relapsed in March with my Low-Buy so I made it more of a goal in April. This wasn’t easy. My friend was in town for an EXO concert¹ (and my slightly early birthday celebration). We went to all the k-beauty stores and they were filled with temptations. I bought a Mamonde

I don’t want to be one of those boring people that complain about the weather, but I’m going to be one of those boring people. The weather in March was so frustrating. We had an icestorm. The disgusting, tar-soaked ice piles lingered for weeks. It was cold and disgusting. All I wanted was spring and it couldn’t be found.
