Bvlgari Eau Parfumee au The Blanc (White Tea) EDT Fragrance Review
Mainstream Monday: Sniffing A Popular Fragrance
Bvlgari Eau Parfumee au Thé Blanc or White Tea is a light-wearing clean synthetic musk fragrance. Bvlgari Thé Blanc is an unadulterated perfume. It is clean, fresh white musk with crisp, citrusy white tea.
Bvlgari Thé Blanc is crisp and it comes across as very synthetic. I don’t mean synthetic as an insult. I mean that it is one of those “modern” fragrances that’s so clean and crisp. There is no dirtiness to it. It’s a unisex fragrance and it lacks all florals… Continue reading | 9 Comments

Demeter Gin & Tonic PMU Cologne Fragrance Review
I don’t find it unusual to want to smell like a cocktail since most fragrances have an alcohol base. There are easy to replicate and most things put into cocktails smell good. Demeter Gin & Tonic is a the simplest cocktail; it’s stripped down. This is a “masculine” fragrance. It’s fresh and clean smelling. It has a mineral element to it (tonic, right?), slightly effervescent. There is a faint citrus/lime in this that adds a refreshing quality. The base is a tad spicy, a synthetic juniper accord. On me this wears… Continue reading | 5 Comments

Garden Fresh: A Tomato Fragrance Guide
This has been the first year I’ve ever had a garden (first year as a homeowner too). I love having fresh herbs and I barely have to tend to them. Parfums des Beaux Arts by DSH Thé Vert EDP Review
Image from DSH's online boutique
Thé Vert by Parfums des Beaux Arts by DSH is a simple and understated green tea fragrance. It is refreshing and relaxed. It is one of my favorite green tea fragrances because it isn’t trying to be “pretty” (no floral notes). It is the fragrance equivalent to your favorite pair of jeans and a soft cotton t-shirt.
I’m a tea drinker. I love tea. I also love refreshing tea based scents. Tea scents can be comforting… Continue reading | 3 Comments

Davidoff Cool Water for Women EDT Fragrance Review
The Mainstream Monday: Sniffing a Popular Fragrance
Davidoff Cool Water is the fragrance that defines the aquatic genre in my opinion. Since its release in 1997, this light and watery fragrance has been very popular.Who hasn’t tried Cool Water? Seriously. I felt like I’ve smelled this on so many ladies throughout the years. I’ve sniffed the men’s version on many guys over the years. People really love light and “clean” fragrances.
I don’t dislike Davidoff Cool Water for Women
